my house is a disastor
we have boxes and furniture and crap everywhere.
i am gald the truck came with our stuff, but most of the stuff that was boxed up and stored - well it is basically just garbage. And now I have to go through boxes and boxes of garbage to find one or two things that are of actual use.
i can't do that and take care of the kid. he isn't a pack and play or even plop in front of the tv for an hour kind of kid. i would do it. i long to do it. but he won't have it. he is a constant attention, please hold me, talk to me, read to me, give me milk, snuggle me, nap with me, bathe with me, play music with me sing with me kind of kid.
so my house is a disastor and i don't know how to make it not one.
stupid garbage. stupid stupid stupid
Hey don't worry about the mess... your little one will only be small for a short time!!! Enjoy the hold me moments they won't last forever. (From a formerly anal retentive house keeper, thanks to twins!! ha ha!!)

I will absolutely come over and help you when I get back from my trip. I wish I could come over sooner, but I'm stuck working up until the day I leave. Mess drives me insane too (I'll be you find that shocking, but it really does).
I have lots of stupid garbage, too. And I don't have a very good excuse for not dealing with it, except that I don't want to. So many things I'd rather be doing. Except it is nice when things are all cleared out. But as much as working on my own stuff does not appeal to me, I'd be more than happy to help you with yours (or at least play with J to give you a chance to do some). Seriously.
