I am sorry to hear that you are feeling crappy. Try to take each day at at time. I am having trouble adjusting to twins after 10 or so years of infertility... I just try to pick something small to do at least once a week and when I get it accomplished it feels great, and if I don't get to it I try again another day. Try not to beat yourself up you had a rough time, sometimes it takes longer than we hope to get back on track.

Perhaps you should think about getting professional help. Your irritability, feelings of isolation and dissociation might mean something more serious.
